Usage:
This puzzle song was created for children who have had some experience with English and are able to read basic words. I give them a worksheet and ask them if they can fill in the gaps before the music finishes. I tell them the music is a hint. There are different versions of the sheet. Download the PDF file and see for yourself.
Follow Up
Offer a challenge - say a pronoun and illicit the monkey's name. Once this has become easy (which may take time), change the challenge. Say a pronoun and see how quickly individuals can complete the set. For example, if you say "I" the response should be "me-my-mine" but if you say "my" the response should be "Mine-I-me"
