Usage:
Get everyone to stand in a circle, turn sideways and lean into the cirlce with one knee bent and one arm outstretched towards the middle.
When singing "How are you?" gesture around the circle with a hand.
On "Great!" Stretch up and punch teh air with one hand.
On "Fine" give a thumbs up signal with both hands.
On "So-so" flip one hand, palm-down quickly left and right.
On "Terrible!" grimace, clutch your stomach and slowly collpase to the floor.
At the finish jump up in the air, cheer and clap!

During the intro I like to do a scissors jump for each long rising saxaphone note!
